Assassin's Creed: Victory - 10 Locations Far Better Than London

10. Ancient Egypt

Imagine standing atop a great pyramid, the sun beating down across the sand, the Sphinx proudly standing in the distance as you synchronise with the environment... Ancient Egypt seems like an absolute shoe-in for an Assassin's Creed location. Known for its iconic structures, struggles amongst Pharaohs and mythological curses and other magical goings on, Egypt has plenty of scope for an excellent Assassin adventure. Story is easy here, your Assassin is part of an underground brotherhood working against a tyrannical Pharaoh. An as-yet unseen Piece of Eden, perhaps in the form of an Egyptian treasure, is involved at some point and we get to meet iconic Egyptians such as Tutankhamen or Cleopatra. Perhaps more exciting is the prospect of exploring tombs and the hidden passages amongst the pyramids. Tombs have been dabbled in before in the AC series and have been relatively well received, so why not ramp it up a notch with Egyptian traps, curses and perhaps even a mummy or two thrown in for good measure?
