9. Exchange
Game: Grand Theft Auto 3 Objective: After multiple double crosses it is finally time to take Catalina out in this long-winded grueling finale. Why is it hard: To even start this mission you need half of a million dollars so you can begin the ransom exchange. If you don't you have to do some tedious grinding which is never fun.Of course nothing goes down as planned and you end up fighting an unlimited spawn of Cartel. You are given a timer and immediately must entangle yourself into a vehicular chase. You then must fight your way to a Rocket Launcher and vantage point to shoot down Catalinas helicopter. You must either practice a lot or enter the health cheat multiple times. Dying or failure results in starting the entire mission over but thankfully you never have to earn that half a million again. It takes an insane amount of trial and error but it is definitely, barely possible to complete.
