Do you choose Hershel's son, the very man who's sheltering you from the hoard? Or the child of Lee's closest companion, with whom you've be travelling? It's the first heart-poundingly difficult decision in a long line and one haunts players throughout the rest of their time in-game. How It Affects The Story Either way, Herschel loses his youngest son and you'll eventually leave his farm behind for good. But depending on who you chose to aid in the moment, Kenny will regard you differently - more warmly should you have gone for Duck and with a relative cold-shoulder from time to time should you have opted to assist Shawn.
