20. Call Of Duty: Strike Team
Call Of Duty: Strike Team sought to bring a whole new experience to COD players, with a top down mode that is well suited to mobile play. It's actually quite ingenious, but it isn't really enough to put the game up there with any of the best COD games.
Strangely, it's the first person shooting element of Strike Team that is its weakest element: if the game were just limited to the top down tactical view, in which you guide your strike team with an overhead drone, it would have been a nice little companion piece. With the first person shooter element, it feels a little like the developers are pushing too much for this to be considered a "real" COD title.
In trying to please too many people, the developers actually distracted from their good idea, and that's a real shame.
