It Just Gets Better And Better.

CD Project RED's mammoth title ‘Cyberpunk 2077’ was announced in May 2012, so although it's been delayed until September 2020, the wait has already comprised the better part of the last decade.

With each passing year, the hype for this game mounted, surpassing anything in recent memory. It's set to be a very promising year for triple-A titles, and Cyberpunk is right at the forefront of that list.

Being in development for over 8 years by the team that brought us The Witcher 3, we are all expecting something special.

Now we have a few more trailers and gameplay reveals to satisfy our thirst for Cyberpunk, thousands of CDPR fans and newcomers alike have become obsessed with this project and what it is going to offer.

Aside from face value features that have been advertised, the devs have been pretty vague in highlighting the smaller details that will underpin the larger game.

And although what's been shown is incredible, there's SO much more going on that you need to know about.

9. You Can Never Fail A Quest - Only Change The Outcome

The world of Cyberpunk 2077 and its attached campaign is being advertised as a seamlessly alive and reactionary experience. Constantly loading and reloading quicksaves to complete objectives breaks immersion, and CDPR has done everything in their power to keep that from happening.

If you fail a task or a quest, then the task will fail, but the world will go on, and the campaign will adjust itself accordingly. There is no retrying of events, and it will not return you to a previous save to attempt the mission again.

CDPR has supposedly prepared themselves for every outcome, so the player will have a completely uninterrupted experience no matter what they choose to do. This sounds fascinating, and we can't wait to see how people's useless playthroughs impact the campaign and the world around them.

Cyberpunk's "game over" screen will only ever appear if your character outright dies, and will likely lead you to spawn elsewhere, but with consequences.

This will undoubtedly lead to regret among players who want to remain the ultimate professional, but we'll have to see how this is received overall.
