Dice Finally Gives Battlefield 3 Fans Update on Fixes

The fixes and tweaks will impact multiplayer, weapons, vehicles and attachments.

Today DICE, the makers of Battlefield 3 gave their fans what they have been waiting for with a list of fixes that will be included in their next update. Fans of Battlefield 3 were upset enough at all the bugs and tweaks the game needed they were actually threatening a media blackout for the game. However, DICE and EA have responded and given a list of over one hundred different changes and bugs that will be fixed. Unfortunately, there is no set release date for all the fixes; we do know however that this update will be for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC versions of Battlefield 3. The fixes and tweaks will impact multiplayer, weapons, vehicles and attachments. Some of the fixes include: "Players should no longer take fall damage from short falls, smoke grenades will explode on impact, and Spawn protection will no longer be canceled by the player looking around." In addition, according to the Community Manager the list is still incomplete as DICE is still working on more fixes that will be included in the final update. So more information will be added as they continue fixing bugs and other tweaks as needed. For the complete list of fixes and multiplayer tweaks you can go to the official Battlefield 3 blog at this link.
