E3: 10 Huge Nintendo Reveals You Need To See

Is your body ready?

It has been a tough year for Nintendo. The Wii U has seen disappointing sales, mostly put down to a small games library - something the 3DS has not necessarily suffered with. Streamed on Nintendo€™s YouTube and Twitch channels as well as via Nintendo€™s E3 website, the company€™s Digital Event really needed to impress to restore gamer€™s confidence in the flagging home console. While the Digital Event has still managed to divide opinions, judging by those on Twitter throughout the stream, there was definitely the feeling that Nintendo had recognised their failings, and needed to up their game, and fast. Of course, the usual franchises were present once again, and there was hardly any support from third party developers shown, but in terms of Nintendo€™s IP, they brought a lot to the party. Unlike Sony, EA and Microsoft€™s presentations, Nintendo really embraced their fun side, even poking fun at their popular franchises with silly little interludes from the likes of the guys at Robot Chicken and THAT Reggie €œMy Body is Ready€ Fils-Aime vs. Satoru Iwata opening showdown, whilst they even cheekily included a €˜Luigi Death Stare€™ in there for good measure. Join us as we count down ten huge Nintendo reveals that got us excited for more. Could these finally prove to be Wii U€™s saviour?
