8. Go On An Easter Egg Hunt

The next time you decide to start up any Fallout title (and let's face it, many of you will be in anticipation of Fallout 4), spin your camera around like a wild man and then let it come to a halt. There's a 99.9% chance (read: not scientifically accurate) that if you head in that direction, you'll find something special that Bethesda has hidden. Seriously, the series has always been jam-packed with nods to other corners of pop culture, self-referential fan service and science-fiction satire galore. There's far too many to rattle-off here, but the highlights have got to be Doctor Who's TARDIS in Fallout, a tongue-in-cheek reference to Planet Of The Apes with the city of Megaton and the reappearance of Harold in Fallout 3. We've had five long years of new games, films, books and media controversies since we last had a Fallout game, so expect to find a whole bunch of new ones scattered around Boston on your travels.
