8. Be A Referee
Be A Referee was heavily rumoured as a new feature in FIFA 13. In the build up of its release, EA Sports FIFA producer, David Rutter mentioned in an interview that EA were considering adding it and it even appeared on wikipedia as a confirmed mode. The mode itself would be similar to 'Be a Goalkeeper' except you would be able to control the referee and make decisions like deciding free kicks, penalties, giving out cards and more just like real life referees. Ultimately, it never materialised leaving many to wonder was there any truth to the rumours at all. But due to the huge fan demand, I reckon it is a safe bet EA are holding out on releasing this as future DLC. It would be a really cool feature that would produce some hilarious moments. It would be premium DLC and could potentially cost £10 but then again it would be worth every penny just to send John Terry off for tying his laces.
