8. Jackson Martinez
The ever-prolific Martinez spent nearly a decade in his native Colombia and then Mexico before well and truly earning a European move to Porto in 2012. With 137 senior goals under his belt already, it's a downright mystery that the man nicknamed 'Cha Cha Cha' managed to fly under the radar of elite clubs for the best part of his eight-year professional career. Martinez was signed in July 2012 by then Porto boss Vitor Pereira to fill the giant void left by his compatriot Radamel Falcao. The 26-year-old responded with aplomb in his first season for the Portuguese giants, notching 34 goals in 43 appearances across all competitions in 2012/13. If the Colombian can produce yet another season of terrific form, the 27-time Primeira Liga champions could face a real fight to keep hold of their dancing hitman.
