Real Madrid enjoyed a reasonably successful season last term, finishing as runners up to Barcelona in La Liga and reaching the semi-finals of the Champions League. It won't surprise you then that Los Blancos have eight players making up the top 50, with a certain Cristiano Ronaldo being voted the second best player on the game just behind Lionel Messi. One thing that might alarm you however is the decision to award Luka Modric a rating of 85. The Croatian had a dreadful campaign last season, scoring just three league goals in 33 appearances and subsequently being voted by Spanish media as one of the
worst signings of the season following his arrival from Tottenham. Yet somehow, EA figured he's just as good as Karim Benzema and Thomas Müller. Inexplicable.
