FIFA 14 Ultimate Team: 10 Awesome Players You Should Always Sign

1. Jonathan Biabiany – 77 Overall

Jonathan Biabiany

The fastest player on this list with 95 acceleration and 97 sprint speed, Frenchman Biabiany has an unbelievable  amount of pace to burn and with 82 dribbling and 85 agility, he’s a defender’s worst nightmare. Costing an average of 800 coins for PS3 users, he’s more than worth the money, in fact- he’s an absolute bargain.

Parma’s Biabiany is the perfect fit for any team that puts any sort of emphasis on pace, which is basically the key to success on FIFA. If you had any wits about you, Biabiany would be the first name on your team sheet week in, week out. As well as being the fastest player on the list, Biabiany is also my favourite name on the list too.

Notable Mentions…

Igor Akinfeev: 84 overall, 89 reflexes, 88 diving – Akinfeev is probably the best goalkeeper on the game for one of the cheapest prices, at just 950 coins on PS3, he’s a great choice for between the sticks.

Aiden McGeady: 82 overall, 93 agility, 92 acceleration, 5 star skill – McGeady is known across the FIFA world as one of the best, skilful players to buy on Ultimate Team- and it’s evident why.

Alexander Esswein: 75 overall, 91 acceleration, 89 sprint speed – Just read some of the comments on Esswein’s FUT  page and you’ll discover the damage this striker can do.

Paul Pogba: 72 overall, 82 ball control, 80 short passing – From reserve to regular, Pogba has had an impressive season and is only likely to get better this season.

Emmanuel Emenike: 81 overall, 94 strength, 93 acceleration – Emmanuel Emenike is incredibly fast and incredibly strong, I took a lot of time deliberating as to whether or not to put him in the list. He definitely is a star.

Marcio Azevedo: 69 overall, 92 sprint speed, 5 star skill – Originally pencilled in for the top 10, before losing out at the last minute- Azevedo is fast and skilful, perfect for many teams.
