10. Peter Schmeichel
Former Arsenal goalkeeper Jens Lehmann, England hero David Seaman and ex Manchester United No.1 Edwin van der Saar all made the 12-man shortlist for FIFA 14's Ultimate Team mode, but there's no sign of Peter Schmeichel. Arguably the greatest goalkeeper to have ever put on a pair of gloves, and just about the only player to have played for both United and their deadly rivals City and to have been forgiven for it, the omission of the "Great Dane" is shameless. Schmeichel is perhaps best remembered for that famous night in 1999 when United won the Champions League in the most dramatic of fashion to cap off a treble-winning campaign for the Red Devils. He made some world-class saves along the way and goes down as a United legend, but sadly, not an Ultimate Team one.
