FIFA 15: 15 Ratings EA Sports Have Got Completely Wrong

15. Thibaut Courtois (86)

There have been very few goalkeepers better than Thibaut Courtois over the last year, with the on-loan Chelsea star putting in a series of excellent performances during his temporary stay at Atletico Madrid in 2013-14. Courtois conceded just 24 La Liga goals last season - the lowest "goals-to-games" ratio in Spain's top division. It was because of this - and a stringent back line - that allowed Atletico to win their first league title since 1996 while Courtois himself was rewarded for his excellent displays between the stick with a recall from his loan and a place in Chelsea's first-team squad this term. But he hasn't been rewarded by EA. In spite of his aforementioned exploits, the keeper has risen only two points from last year's 84, and is considered just one point better than Petr Cech - the man he has just displaced at Stamford Bridge. For us, there has to be more of a differentiation between the two goalies, for one is clearly a lot better than the other. The highest-rated keeper on the game in Manuel Neuer at 90, and we feel as though Courtois deserves to be a lot closer to the Germany international.
