Most longtime FM players have been aware of Dani Olmo for a number of years. The Spaniard was one of the more coveted players to emerge from the La Masia academy, but instead of sticking around at Barcelona, he decided to move to Dinamo Zagreb for more guaranteed game time. It's safe to say that his choice has paid dividends as he's become a key member of their squad.

Like many of the players to come out of Barcelona's youth set-up, Olmo is an extremely good technical player who will create a number of chances for any team he's with. His balance (17), flair (16) and off the ball movement (16) make him an absolute nightmare for defenders and he uses it to his advantage.

During our test saves, Olmo didn't fare too well in the Premier League because his physical stats weren't given the proper attention. However, with a little more attention to those areas, he became one of the top players in England.

He also did exceptionally well in the Ligue 1 and when he returned to Barcelona and played in La Liga. At 21-years old, he's still a work-in-progress, but he has the potential to become a key cog in any top team.
