without killing them actually seems pretty interesting, though in all honesty, who would dare leave someone alive that they've just ripped off in the game? We can only imagine some of the scenarios this could play out in; imagine if another player could break into your home and start stealing your wares, or just take your safe? Or destroy your vehicle collection? There's so much potential for this to get seriously involving, especially if you're able to commit mass gang robberies against other groups of players, no doubt leading to all-out gang warfare.
