GTA V: 10 Rumours We Want To Come True

10. Greater Multiplayer Focus

Not so long ago an internet rumour ignited thanks to a supposed insider post on an anonymous forum, which was addressed rather suspiciously in a press release from Take Two, leading many to believe this tidbit might even be true. Basically, this post €œrevealed€ that GTA V will no longer have its main focus on a singleplayer campaign, but will instead pioneer a new age for co-op gameplay; full drop-in/ drop-out co-op which may or may not lead to new mission and story structuring as well as a massively overhauled competitive online mode. GTA IV was R*€™s most under-performing GTA title with 10million copies shifted so to me, this sort of makes logical sense; it stands to reason that R*, looking to recapture some of their former glory by crafting an entirely new facet to the franchise. Of course this could be complete rampant fabrication, but christ, I really hope it isn€™t.
