GTA VI: 10 Beloved Characters We Want To See Return

9. Toni Cipriani

Even though he was the main character in GTA: Liberty City Stories, fun-loving momma's boy Toni Cipriani deserves another go around in Rockstar's world. Toni was introduced in GTA III and is still alive in the GTA universe, so there's no reason why he couldn't show up again to crack more jokes and remain under the thumb of his mother.

Only joining the mafia because his father did, Toni is easily taken advantage of by the growing crime influence in Liberty City. Returning to that city so soon after GTA IV wouldn't feel satisfying enough though (we want Vice, damn it), so perhaps taking Cipriani to Florida is the best idea to further flesh out his character.

Being shipped out by the Leone family to gain more experience would be one way to explain things, or maybe Rockstar would prefer to show a younger Cipriani looking to make a splash for himself during the 1980's.

Seeing the stern, frustrated Toni in the garish splendour of Vice City would be a true fish out of water story ripe for comedy.
