League Of Legends North American LCS Summer Split Week 5 Analysis

2. Team Vulcun (10-5)

team vulcun Team Vulcun looked as solid as usual, going 2-1 for the week. Their major loss of the week was a debatable throw against Cloud Nine, in which the team did very little wrong but took too long to close the deal. It gave Cloud Nine a chance to come back in the game, meaning the team played too cautiously. Other games included a decisive victory over TSM Snapdragon and a well-played match against Team Coast. If there is any team that can unseat Cloud Nine in the top position, it will be Team Vulcun, but they are still three games behind. Every victory will count heavily for them moving forward. Top lane player Sycho Sid made the best performances for his team, ending his week with a KDA ratio of 12/5/23. His 6/1/6 performance as Jayce against Team Coast carried their team to victory. Mid lane player mancloud continues to prove why he is known as the best mid lane player in the LCS. He rarely ever loses lane, and he played almost flawlessly with the exception of minor errors against Cloud Nine. Jungler Xmithie was an all star this week, ending his week with a KDA of 14/7/29. He contributed to the most kills this week and showed his versatility by playing both Zac and Evelynn at a very high level. AD carry Zuna played amazing against Cloud Nine with Tristana (8/5/6). However, he gets very cocky and does get overaggressive in these cases. He needs to keep his composure and play smart. Support BloodWater is one of the best in the LCS as well. His games included a 5/1/11 peformance as Sona against TSM Snapdragon. Although he stole no Baron buffs, he continues to be the most consistent of all supports in the North American LCS.
