PS4 Vs. Xbox One: Which Console Won E3 2016?

7. Xbox One Scorpio Vs. PlayStation Neo

Microsoft

With the PlayStation Neo having been announced just days before E3 (but confirmed not to feature at the conference), and Microsoft duly announcing their own super-powered Xbox One variant at E3, it's fair to put this showdown under the E3 banner.

Both consoles will facilitate 4k gaming, though Microsoft was bold enough to say that the new Xbox One - codenamed Scorpio - will be "the most powerful console ever built". So far, most of the tech specs of both consoles are just rumours, but based on those the PS4 Neo and Scorpio seem pretty evenly matched so far.

The consoles are expected to feature 4K resolutions for video and gaming, and 8-core processors. The Scorpio will have over 6 teraflops of graphics card power, which is a huge jump over the 1.23 on the Xbox One nd the 1.84 on the PS4. Both the PS4 Neo and Scorpio will be compatible with all games on their respective current-gen consoles.

It all sounds very impressive, but really we'll need to get more details on the PS4 Neo before predicting a winner.

Winner: Draw
