SKYRIM Voice Actors Announced

Christopher Plummer, Max Von Sydow, Joan Allen, Lynda Carter & More!

Bethesda today announced the voice cast for their up coming game Elder Scrolls Skyrim. Here is the complete list of actors: Christopher Plummer (The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, The Insider) Max Von Sydow (The Exorcist, Minority Report) Joan Allen (The Contender, The Bourne Ultimatum) Lynda Carter (Wonder Woman) Michael Hogan (Battlestar Galactica) Vladimir Kulich (The 13th Warrior, Smoking Aces) Claudia Christian (Babylon 5) Diane Louise Salinger (Carnivale) Renee Victor (Weeds) George Coe (Transformers: Dark of the Moon) Here is the quote from Bethesda on the voice acting cast:

"It's been incredible to have all these actors together, When you start a project, you always make your wish-list of actors, and to actually hear them in the game, it's amazing. We can't wait for everyone to experience it."
In addition, Bethesda also gave some hints to the story of Skyrim by detailing the roles some of the voice actors will be playing: Plummer will be playing Arngeir who is part of a group of monks called the Greybeards. Bethesda describes the Greybeards as "an order of philosopher monks who are masters of the Way of the Voice" and live in silent isolation atop Skyrim's largest mountain."
"Max Von Sydow plays Esbern, "a chronicler and agent of the Blades who has survived in hiding," while Joan Allen will play Delphine, "one of the last remaining members of the Blades €“ an ancient warrior society once sworn to protect the Emperor."
Skyrim is probably my most anticipated game for 2011 and I can't wait to get my hands on it. I am a little disappointed the voice cast does not include Patrick Stewart or Liam Neeson who have both been in Bethesda games before. Is this game on your most anticipate lists as it is mine or is there another game atop your list? Release Date: November 11, 2011
