Star Wars Battlefront: 9 Big Worries Nobody's Talking About

It's time to severely readjust your expectations.

There's less than a week of waiting left to go until the full Star Wars Battlefront experience is in your hands, but has the deluge of betas, early access passes and demos done more to turn fans off the shooter, rather than promote it? Put simply, I don't know the answer to that question. DICE and EA's aggressive advertising campaign for the 'ultimate Star Wars game' has certainly given fans more than just a taste for what we can expect in the final product, but with its multiplayer focus and pricey season pass, there's just as many furrowed brows as there are widened eyes. There's no debating it - Star Wars Battlefront looks gorgeous, sounds authentically like Star Wars and, most importantly, has combat that plays (almost) like a dream. But is that enough to carry a triple-A product that's undoubtedly had countless bags of money thrown at it to cover development costs? Disgruntled gamers from all corners of the internet have voiced their concern over an apparent lack of variety, rigid mission structure and diluted customisation options, and although we'll have to wait for November 17 for the definitive answer, based on what's been seen so far, you're not wrong to have some concerns leading up to the big day.
