Super Smash Bros. Switch: 10 Characters We Want To See

Shovel Knight. Make it happen.

Super Smash Bros

Super Smash Bros. is coming to the Switch. That much is absolutely inevitable. A game of this calibre and popularity would never be forgotten about by Nintendo, and fans are certainly craving the Smash experience on the go.

Much like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, it seems to make the most sense for Smash on Switch to be a enhanced port of the Wii U title. This would allow for the game to be ported over with all of the content from the original release, as well as hopefully including brand new characters and stages.

Although Super Smash Bros. for Wii U did manage to include many of Nintendo's best characters, as well as some from other companies like Sega and Bandai Namco, it did miss out on more than a few fantastic characters that would fit the roster perfectly. Many of these characters have been greatly requested over the years, and including them on the Switch release would certainly make buying a port of the original an easy purchase for fans.

Let us know which characters - Nintendo or otherwise - you'd love to see playable in the next SSB, but not before you've checked out our top 10 picks.

Jumping through portals, swinging through cities, destroying beings made of darkness and occasionally shooting a gun or two. I also write about games.
