Super Smash Bros. Switch: 10 Overpowered Characters It Must Fix

9. Sheik

Super Smash Bros
Nintendo

Zelda may be absolute trash, but Sheik has always been one of the best characters in each Smash Bros. she appeared in. She's arguably a little too powerful, especially now she's been removed from the brick in the ocean that was Zelda.

Sheik's greatest strength is inarguably her speed and mobility. Sheik is easily one of the fastest characters in the game, and her recovery is a great example of this. Similarly to characters like Mewtwo, Sheik has a recovery that allows her to teleport almost instantly to the stage.

This speed and recovery combined with the fact that Sheik has great aerial moves means that she can be almost unbeatable in the right positions. Sheik can even recover horizontally by using her down special.

The only true weakness that Sheik has is her unfortunately low damage output, which means that Sheik can find it difficult to smash enemies effectively. This isn't enough to prevent Sheik from being one of the most effective characters in the roster by far.
