Super Smash Bros Wii U And 3DS: 5 Things We Learned At E3

The latest addition to the roster of all-star gaming icons!

Reggie Fils-Aime is about kickin' ass, takin' names, and makin' games, and the president of Nintendo America certainly did all that and a lot more his company's big presentation during the E3 expo yesterday. Well, not the makin' games part, but he definitely unveiled some stonkers, including an amazing-looking new Zelda title for the Wii U, but more importantly he gave fans their first proper look at the new Super Smash Bros titles, and even offered some lucky so-and-sos their first play of the games! And they look like some prettayyyy prettayyyy prettayyyy good Smash Bros games. The Wii U version got more of a look in - between that and Zelda, we might actually have to buy one of those goofy consoles after all - with the help of the Super Smash Bros Invitational, a tournament where Nintendo brought together some of the games' biggest fans (and some celebrity guests) to play the new version in front of a live audience. There's been plenty of reports from the E3 show floor of people playing the games that have got us all hot under the collar, too. Not content with this tidal wave of info about Super Smash Bros Wii U and 3DS, which already joins a sizable flood of character announcements and the like that Nintendo have been slowly leaking over the past few months, we also got a brand new trailer for the game showcasing the latest addition to the roster of all-star gaming icons partaking in the latest melee. Check that out below, and then see five more awesome things we learned about the games at E3... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OYQFy4flXfU
