The Game Awards a fast approaching, and this year's ceremony is set to be extra special. No less than 10 games are set to be unveiled, and though Rocksteady have ruled themselves out of the event (whilst tanking those Superman rumours for good measure), there's still a chance WB Montreal could appear.

The leaker states that the game is set to unleash its debut trailer at the Game Awards and that a release date will shortly follow. Although, given how Montreal have responded in the days following, this announcement may have been pushed back just a little further.

However, Creative Director Patrick Redding stated on Twitter this weekend that, while WB Montreal will be in Los Angeles at the same time as the ceremony, it won't be to reveal anything. Instead, they're apparently demoing their work to Warner Bros. proper, but given how both Montreal and Rocksteady have doubled back on their comments in the past (Black Mask in Arkham Origins, Jason Todd in Arkham Knight), there could still be a chance that they make a full appearance.
