WWE 2K16 Stone Cold Steve Austin Video Trailer Released

Is this a clue that Austin will come back to work WrestleMania 32?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zoo4BHcPMb0 WWE 2K16's first promotional video trailer has been released. The video stars Stone Cold Steve Austin, digging up his old Smoking Skull Championship in a field. It was revealed earlier today that Austin will be the game cover star, and it is also expected that there will be a full on Stone Cold game mode. The promotional video is no doubt just the first in a long line of appearances that Austin will be making to support the game. One rumour that has instantly caught fire in the internet wrestling community, is that this is all an elaborate plan between 2K and WWE to bring Austin back as a wrestler. It's what happened with Sting last year, with the WCW Icon the big promotional star of the WWE 2K15 release. The video of Austin re-embracing the old Smoking Skull belt is certainly suggestive. But it remains the case that WWE aren't thinking about having Austin wrestle ever again. His bad neck is a physical liability, which is a risk that the WWE aren't willing to take, despite the vast money that an in-ring comeback would generate. The only way that fans are going to see Stone Cold Steve Austin wrestling at WrestleMania again, is by buying WWE 2K16 and recreating some of his classic moments. The game is due for a late October release.
