6. A Return To Entertaining Gameplay

This entry is merely down to taste, but for any gamer that likes an enthralling experience, it is a must. For some, the more realistic gameplay might be the way forward, but for this gamer, a more fast paced and almost fantasy filled style is what's needed. The fast paced action and arcade-like gameplay was the main thing that made the early WWE titles so fun to play. With 2K15, it€™s clear WWE and 2K have made a lot of effort to make the game more realistic in the way the superstars move and interact with each other in the ring. This new realism is fantastic is some places but on the whole, it makes the gameplay sluggish and takes some of the fun away from the experience. After all, this is a game and should be more about fantasy than reality. Too many times, even in singles matches, you find yourself getting frustrated waiting for your €˜guy€™ to regain enough stamina to move. It€™s a feature that the game could do without, something 2K must be conscious off as you are able to turn the stamina feature off. Since they clearly feel it isn€™t integral to the gameplay, why not leave it out all together and replace it with something necessary.
