9. Exploit The New Carry System

2K are obviously quite proud of their new carry mechanics, because one of the 'Dev Diary' YouTube videos boasted about the fireman's carry as though it had reinvented the wheel. It doesn't, but it does make several of the game's other mechanics a lot easier. The same goes for the cradle, shoulder, and Powerbomb clutch animations too.

Moving opponents into position feels less jerky than before. For years, trying to put the CPU through a nearby table was frustrating at best and downright broken at worst. When the actual system is broken instead of the table, there's something wrong. 2K have taken steps to fix that by introducing these four new carry animations.

For the first time in years, players won't have to wait until the CPU gets itself into position before using the environment or a ladder/table as a weapon. Rejoice, because the days of timing reversals just so you can do something cool are over.
