Until 2K come out and reveal the big features/selling points for this year's game, few things about WWE 2K19 are certain. One thing we do know though is that 2K will try to pack as many characters onto the roster as possible. They've made a habit of doing that over the past few years, and rightfully so, considering these games are supposed to be an exhaustive, simulation-style look at modern-day WWE melded with nostalgia.
This mix of active wrestlers and WWE legends is enjoyable for long time series fans, but what about those from 2K18 who won't be making a return visit when the game comes out?
Contract disputes, controversial allegations away from the ring, serious injuries keeping some off television throughout 2018 and straight-up releases mean at least 10 names on the 2K18 roster are unlikely to star in 2K19. Several do have a chance, albeit a small one. Others, well they're ripe for Community Creations, because that's the only way you'll be playing as them soon.
Ba-da boom, someone's not getting house room, and you can't teach that...
