WWE 2K19 Ratings: 10 Superstar Ratings That Make No Sense

9. Sami Zayn

Triple H 2k19 Rating
2K Games

Rating: 82

Why It Makes No Sense: Sami Zayn was a part of the most engaging storyline in the whole company for six months, and yet he is still rated lower than Baron Corbin (84), whose career highlight of 2018 was shaving his head.

Since the release of WWE 2K18, Zayn was involved in one of the biggest swerves of 2017 when he interfered in the Hell In A Cell match between Kevin Owens and Shane McMahon, saving his re-established best friend from an impending McMahon elbow drop. For the next few months, Zayn was part of the most entertaining act on SmackDown alongside Kevin Owens, acting as as vigilantes against Shane McMahon and Daniel Bryan, and proceeded to tear down the house at WrestleMania 34 in a tag team match.

His rating is even more absurd when taking into account the fact that his comrade for the last year has a rating of 88 (Kevin Owens), despite there almost being a parity in their booking until Zayn’s injury in June.

A rating of around 85 or 86 (something closer to his partner’s) would be a better representation of both his ability and his accomplishments in the past year.
