Xbox 360 Gets a New 320GB Hard Drive

Costing $129.99 and released worldwide later this month, the hard drive will come with a download code for a free copy of the terrifically fun Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars.

announced today that by the end of this month they will be releasing a new hard drive for the Xbox 360. The hard drive will be 320GB and will come with a download code for a free copy of the terrifically fun Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars that came out in April. We reviewed the Xbox 360 version of the game HERE. The 320GB hard drive is the largest that Microsoft has ever released for the 360 and is compatible with Xbox 360 S models. Here is a quote from Microsoft on how much the new hard drive can hold:

"up to 95 full games, 200 standard definition movies, 40 high definition movies, or up to 975 standard TV shows."
The hard drive will cost $129.99 US and will be available worldwide some time later this month. Is this something you need for your Xbox 360 or do you have enough room on your system now? We would also love to hear what you make of the pricing point and whether that will put you off purchasing the new Xbox 360 hard drive.
