10 Best Hip-Hop Producers Of The 2010s

9. T-Minus

T-Minus is a production machine, and his style is made distinct by his knack for crafting beats with a particular dramatic and cinematic flair. He started out in the mid to late 2000s producing for the likes of Trey Songz, Drake and Birdman, but as soon as the new decade rolled in he started to hit his stride.

A frequent collaborator of Drake and Lil Wayne, he was responsible for crafting some of the most recognisable and beloved songs in their respective careers. For goodness sake he's is the man responsible for producing The Motto, the song that birthed the term "YOLO."

2012 was also a big year for T-Minus, highlighted by his production for Kendrick Lamar's fantastic Swimming Pools single. Since then he has shown his versatility by producing for pop artists like Lana Del Rey, Camila Cabello and even Justin Bieber.

Over a decade into the game, T-Minus still remains relevant as ever. In 2019 he produced J. Cole's Middle Child and Young Thug's The London, two of the very biggest and arguably best hip-hop songs of the year. His consistent quality output cannot be questioned, and all we can do is hope for more of the same from T-Minus.
