10 Great Things In Metal This Week (4th Dec)
Commemorating two decades of people shouting "Rooooots! Bloody roooooooooots!"
Over the course of the past seven days, three bands have been celebrating some of their classic releases, either by remastering and re-unleashing them or embarking upon tours to play their vintage material to completion.
However, this week has also been fantastic for new music, with one very proggy album finally seeing a UK release while other bands are confirming that their next studio work is now underway.
And finally, as always, we have tours. So, so, so many tours, either finally happening or getting an amazingly exciting unveiling to the rock n' roll sphere.

10. Stone Sour Announces 10th Anniversary Re-Release Of Come What(ever)May
First up, hard rock five-piece Stone Sour confirmed this week that they are going to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their beloved second album Come What(ever) May.
Led by acclaimed Slipknot front-man Corey Taylor, the band will release a special edition of the album in 2LP vinyl and digital download on Friday, 16th December. Aside from the twelve tracks found on the original record, this new edition will contain never-before-heard live acoustic performances as well as an array of B-sides and other rarities.
Truly, this deserving update to what is arguably Stone Sour's greatest achievement is a must for die-hard fans of the melodic juggernaut.
