4. Lana Del Rey National Anthem
Lana Del Rey has become known for his sixties inspired persona, channelling the eras visual and musical styles with her output. This has never been more apparent than in the video for National Anthem, which features Del Rey as Jacqueline Kennedy (as well as Marilyn Monroe, in a short opening sequence) and rapper A$AP Rocky as her husband, President John F. Kennedy in a series of home video style clips depicting their life together, before JFKs assassination brings it to an end. The song itself may predominantly be a criticism of materialism, but the video serves as a downbeat yet effective Romeo/Juliet-esque portrayal of two sixties icons. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=60cvtxwlJr8
