The Killers Release 'Shot At The Night' And Confirm 'Direct Hits' Album

Killers Header 1 The Battle Born Tour is still going strong, and so are The Killers! It looks as though they have no intention of hanging up their guitars just yet, as Las Vegas boy Brandon Flowers appeared on Radio 1 just moments ago, announcing the release of their brand new track! 'Shot at the Night' is one of just two anthems to be featured on the album, 'Direct Hit's- which includes a collection of their greatest and most recognizable songs to date. The album marks the 10 year anniversary of their first London gig- in which they deem this to be the moment they truly 'made it'. The news comes shortly after the band teased of a new single by releasing an image of the phrase 'Shot at the Night' in morse code. Inevitably, Twitter and Facebook became engulfed with rumours and unanswered questions- until today; finally, the Killers put their fans out of their misery, and leaked the news they were thirsty to hear. The Killers Morse Code 'Direct Hits' features a remix of 2006 smash 'When You Were Young' by none other than the world's highest earning DJ, Calvin Harris! We can foresee it climbing charts worldwide, in a similar fashion to Florence and The Machines re-release of 'Spectrum'. 'Shot at the Night is certainly one to watch, give it a listen and let us know what you think! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Leo22AXLEXg
