We all make mistakes, dont we? Like when you clean your fish tank out and kill your fish by putting them back in the new water too early. Or when you accidentally got with your best friends ex-boyfriend because you were so drunk. Or when you smashed your grandmas best china plate and never told her about it because you were so ashamed. Its alright, were all been there. Weve felt that coursing sense of shame that runs hot through your veins, and weve considered just climbing into bed and hiding under the duvet for the rest of time in order to avoid the world outside. But think how much worse it must be for people in the news. Or celebrities. Or those in the spotlight. Having your mistakes blown up all over BBC News is exactly what you dont want when youve accidentally thrown a ball through your neighbours new bay windows and smashed the lot. Thank heavens we non-celebs can make our mistakes, apologise as necessary, and carry on with our flaws (hopefully) forgotten. Not for the famous though.
