10 Playboy Models Who Had Incredible Other Careers

Where do bunnies go when they hang up their ears?

The recent announcement by Playboy that they will no longer feature nude images of women marks the end of an era. Since 1953, the magazine (and, later, its online component) was the most famous name in porn, its bunny imagery an internationally recognised symbol of decadence. The number and variety of women who have modelled for Playboy- either in their magazine, on their website or during their work as Bunnies in the various Playboy Clubs- is staggering. Many have used it to launch their careers in the entertainment industry while others went on to pursue lives far from the spotlight.

10. Holly Madison

Holly Madison rose to fame as one of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner's girlfriends, which lead to her role on the reality show The Girls Next Door. She was featured as a Cyber Girl in 2003 and appeared in the magazine in 2005. Since leaving both Hef and the Playboy Mansion, Holly has established herself as an actress and burlesque performer, as well as publishing a memoir. She also become a bar owner when she opened 1923 Bourbon & Burlesque, a speakeasy-style club in Las Vegas.
