9. You're Enjoying The Exercise
It's something completely different and you're not sure where else you could get away with punching and kicking the air with such conviction and not look absolutely mental. It's only acceptable when there's a group of you doing it and because other people are properly going for the punch bag, you don't feel as silly if you were alone. From all of the squatting, punching, bear walks and sit ups that you're doing, at least you're finding it difficult to get bored. And those bear walks are killers but strangely satisfying.
