8. Baker Lake, Nunavut - An Extraterrestrial Beacon?

This zoomed-in screenshot shows a location in the Inuit nation of northern Canada, which, according to Dr Richard Boylan, shows a blacked out area hiding the location of an extraterrestrial beacon.
