3. Napping

Several studies by top neuroscientists have proved that napping has excellent benefits for the mind. 30 - 40 minute naps can increase cognitive performance and enhance memory, which is a good reason why power naps should be introduced into more workplaces - a practice which is becoming increasingly popular in Japan. Of course there is a big difference between power naps and sleeping until noon every day, so don€™t try and use the €œIt€™s making me smarter€ excuse on your boss when you turn up late for the tenth time in a row. And try and limit them to one a day, any more and you€™ll start to look like you have a medical condition.
