That's right, seventy days. That's 1680 hours. Those were some pretty determined players. There are also, surprisingly, statistics for the longest game of Monopoly played in a treehouse (286 hours), underground (100 hours), in a bath tub (99 hours) and upside down (36 hours). Weird locations seem to be a €œthing€ for record-breaking Monopoly games.

As well as being played underground and on a ceiling, it also kept the crew of the US nuclear submarine Seawolf entertained during the sixty days it was submerged.
