21 Awkward Problems You Must Face Everyday

11. Talking About Someone Who Then Appears As If From Nowhere

dorkly.com dorkly.comIt does not even matter if you are saying nice things about the person. It is awkward when they come up to you and say €œOh hey I heard my name, nothing bad I hope.€ They are never going to believe that you were complimenting them anyway. The conversation will go quiet and you will feel awkward. Good job. €œOh hey man...€ This is always followed by silence; the silence is always awkward.

10. It Sounds/Looks A Lot Better When Its Not On My IPhone...

There is that awkward moment after showing your friend when you have to say €œYea it€™s much better when it€™s not on iPhone speakers€ or €œYea my friend showed it to me anyway.€ Chances are, it€™s just not a funny picture.

9. Push/Pull Doors

jamessigns.comjamessigns.comIt does not matter if you have a PhD or a Master€™s degree from Harvard or Oxford, sometimes you will struggle walking through a door that is clearly marked push or pull. Something inside the brain just makes you forget what each of the words means and you will immediately do the opposite. Don€™t do the follow-up action of looking around to check if anyone saw your mistake, everyone did, they don€™t care.

8. Hey Man, No Sorry I Thought You Were Someone Else

twittertwitterIt€™s nothing to be ashamed of when you see a guy or girl who looks exactly like your best friend until you call out to them and they turn to reveal a face that you do not recognize. As long as you have not called out something profane to them that your friend would be ok with you should be ok. It is ridiculous how often this can happen and even more annoying when the person turns out to look literally nothing like the person that you thought they were.

7. Hey Man, Nope He Didn€™t Hear Me... Yea He€™s Still Walking

us105fm.comus105fm.comThis occurs literally all the time. If you are on your own it is particularly bad because people passing by see what you did and then just think you have no friends. Or, you seriously question for moment whether or not you are a ghost. When you are with friends and you do this to someone passing by who does not see you, all of your friends will immediately think you were just making it up and did not even know the person. Life is hard.
