Who would have thought that writing out words would ever be so complex? Occasionally, the errors come from difficulties in translating into English from a far more poetic language, while other times, the people who are legitimately paid to type out what people on screen are saying are just plain terrible at their jobs. You have to imagine someone probably got fired for some of these mistakes...
