6 Brilliant Celebrity Impersonators You Won't Believe

It's not all lame James Bond and Michael Caine skits...

Many TV sketch shows offer up very some funny people performing celebrity impersonations and sometimes, such as with French and Saunders and Fry and Laurie, celebrities get laughs doing impressions of other celebrities. Accurately conveying the essence of the chosen person or character is tough though. Some impersonators spread themselves too thin, attempting far too many characters with most of them being way out of their capabilities. Other lookalikes coast on one fairly good impression and ten mediocre ones - and even the good one isn't that great. But what about those rare people who, either through insane genetic similarities or clever make-up, can almost fool you into believing that you're watching the person that they're pretending to be? Whether the impression is based on a real person, a famous movie character or even a cartoon, the very skillful impersonators in this list totally nail it. Their skills are such that it doesn't seem like they're performing at all. The result is an effortless example of how to pretend to be someone famous - a natural act that shines through the dodgy James Bond and Michael Caine cliches. These folk are far and few between but they do exist. Let the pseudo celebrity countdown begin...
