Best & Worst Kids Toys Of The 80s & 90s

Ecto 1 Kids toys just aren't the same as they were back in the day when I was a lad. They're just too real, too intricate and for the most part lacking in any real imagination. When I was young the formula to having a great afternoon playing was 50% action figure and 50% great imagination. These days kids don't even need an imagination because the toy tells them exactly what they should be playing from the off. Where's the fun in that? S ure there were rubbish toys back in the day too but at least they didn't involve mobile phones or toddler's playing on iPad's and were hardly ever ridiculous cash in's on terrible TV shows. OK, so that last part's a lie but you see where I'm going with this right? Many of our readers will know exactly what I'm talking about. But for those of you out there too young to remember the greatness of the toys available to us in the 1980's and early to mid 1990's then let me walk you through some of the best and some of lamest, some of the most exciting and some of the most mind boggling. And where better to start than with our first choice...
