10 Best Post-Millennium Moments For Spurs Fans

The most important Tottenham moments since 2000.

The past few years haven't exactly been what you would describe as "glory years" at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club - the last time the club won the top flight title was way back in 1961, in the famous Bill Nicholson-led double year. The last FA Cup victory came in 1991 and, for a club with a classic cup pedigree, that's just terrible. As for the last European victory, that was thirty years ago with the old UEFA cup in 1984. The post-millennium era - and indeed most of the previous decade, for that matter - has seen the club and its fans starved of trophies for the majority of the time, with a single notable exception this side of the year 2000. For a club of Spurs' size and when you think of the amount of money they've spent in that time, it's not really good enough - but that's not to say there haven't been some good moments. Spurs have reached finals, had European ventures, earned some very impressive wins and had some generally wonderful celebratory occasions and, with a new manager, a good squad and a new stadium on the cards, the future certainly looks bright at White Hart Lane. Still, for the time being, let's focus on the recent past. Here are the ten best post-millennium moments for Spurs fans...
