10 Reasons Why It's All Going Wrong For Louis Van Gaal At Man Utd

Two games and one point is the result of new manager Louis van Gaal's new regime.

Two games, one point. That's how the Premier League table reads for the Manchester United fans brave enough to view it this morning. It was meant to be better than this - so much better. The blundering David Moyes is gone and in his place Louis van Gaal - a serial trophy winner who has won titles in three different countries. But a fortnight into the new season and Moyes isn't looking quite so bad after all. Perhaps it wasn't entirely his fault. Maybe it's the players. Maybe van Gaal isn't quite the saviour this summer's World Cup made him out to be. Whatever the case, these are truly desperate times for the Red Devils, who find themselves being left behind by their rivals even in these embryonic stages of the campaign. Fingers of blame have been pointed in a number of directions recently. At former manager Sir Alex Ferguson for leaving behind a clearly-inferior team, at executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward for another travesty of a transfer window and at the players themselves - some of whom would be lucky to play for Mansfield let alone Manchester United. Even van Gaal himself has rolled out the early excuses. "It will take time", he said. "Maybe even three years", he said. The only problem is, time is not a luxury at United's disposal right now as one of the Premier League's greatest ever dynasties turns to ash and rubble. Here are 10 Reasons Why It's All Going Wrong For Louis van Gaal At Man Utd.
