Most footballers play in a single position. If you were to ask them where they can play, they would generally give you one position as an answer. In Spurs' case, it's no different on the whole; Hugo Lloris is a goalkeeper, Kyle Walker is a right back, Ben Davies is a left back, Aaron Lennon is a winger and Roberto Soldado is a striker, for example, but they do have some players who can turn their hand to a number of roles and have also had several examples of such players in the past.
