10 Worst Ever Penalty Misses

10. Daniel Sturridge Vs South Korea

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kWnTrl085fk Saturday, August 4th was one of Great Britain's greatest days in their Olympic history with six gold medals won up to that point, and the men's football team took to the field to take on South Korea in the Quarter Final of the Men's Olympic Football Tournament. The game had finished 1-1 after normal time and the tie went to a penalty shootout. Almost inevitably, Team GB failed. The finger of blame was ultimately pointed at Daniel Sturridge, who has since moved from Chelsea to Liverpool. The striker stunted his run, shimmied up to the ball, but if he was hoping to send Lee Bumyoung the wrong way, he was to be sorely mistaken as the South Korean goalkeeper easily thwarted him.
